These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Website at,, (the “Website”) and direct orders placed via Paypal, Social Media, Whattsapp and/or Email correspondence, which is/are maintained by The Craft Studio (“We”). By accessing this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.

1.Ordering From Us

We accept orders online via our Website or by email. Once you have placed an order with us either online or by email, We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. 

Our acceptance of an order takes place when We despatch the order. When We despatch the order the purchase contract will be  made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless We have notified you that We do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 

We may refuse to accept an order: (a) Where goods are not available (b) Where We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error (d) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Please note all sizes quoted are approximate. Exact colour matches to Website photos cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.


All prices shown on this Website are in GB Pounds Sterling.  We accept payment through our Website for online orders with PayPal.  PayPal offers a simple, secure method of payment.  A PayPal account is not required to complete payment. We also accept personal Cheques and Direct Transfer Payments for orders made in writing via email.  When ordering using these methods, please advise of the product(s) you are ordering (including product name/reference and any personalisation required). Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘The Craft Studio’.  Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.  Please ensure your cheque has your name and address on the reverse. If you live outside the United Kingdom We are only able to accept PayPal for payment of purchases.

3.Postage, Packing & Delivery

Delivery within Mainland UK
All prices shown inlude Mainland UK delivery. Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier (large items).  High value items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or courier with signature confirmation.  If you require your order to be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed please contact us prior to placing your order for a quotation. Orders are made in date sequence.  Your order will be sent out within 4 weeks of receipt of cleared payment and any personalisation details. Some larger orders may take longer - please refer to the product's description for the expected dispatch time.  Please allow for delivery time.

International Orders
If you would like to place an order from outside the U.K you will be liable for full postage charges, which will be applied to your order, based on your location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

A signature will be required on delivery, if no one is available to sign for your package; a calling card will be left for you.  We cannot take responsibility for orders that are not delivered or have been returned due to non-delivery. It is your responsibility to advise us if you have not received your order as soon as possible and within 28 days of dispatch notification, otherwise it is deemed to have been delivered.

The courier service will require a signature on delivery and if no-one is available to sign for your parcel at your address the courier will try and leave it with a neighbour; if no-one is able to take your parcel there they will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery. Please note We cannot book an exact time for delivery.

There may be a surcharge for orders to some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands in the U.K. and some remote areas of Great Britain.  If this is the case you will be contacted and a money request / invoice for the additional payment required will be sent to you by email for payment via PayPal or your original method of payment.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, because it has not been accepted or a customer fails to make arrangements for re-delivery, a £15 charge will be levied to the customer to cover admin and return charges plus the cost of redelivering the order. 

We are unable to guarantee delivery times, unless you have purchased a guaranteed delivey service.

The Craft Studio is unable to take any responsibility for lost or damaged items if this is requested.

If you do not receive the Products ordered by you within 35 days of the date on which you ordered them, We shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the products. In the event that We reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original item is returned to us as undelivered by Royal Mail, We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100 of the sales price of the reproduced product. We reserve the right to wait up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by email quoting your name and address, details of  the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Alternatively orders outside of the UK can be taken by email.  Please contact us with the product reference number to place your order.

All orders are despatched from our warehouse as soon as possible usually within 20 working days. Please allow for delivery time.  We will let you know if We are unable to meet this timescale for any reason.

4.Returns and Cancellation Policy


As most of our products are made to order and personalised they are non cancellable / non refundable. Please ensure you check delivery timeframes, colour, size and all product details before ordering.  In the event that We agree to a refund, a partial charge will me made to cover our costs incurred and you will receive a partial refund.


We hope that you will be delighted with any product purchased from The Craft Studio. The Craft Studio is fully compliant with the Consumer Contracts legislation, which allows for a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you decide to return an item that you do not like then you must contact us first by email within 7 days from the day after receipt of goods. Once We have confirmed that the goods can be returned, you must ensure that the item returned is in perfect condition with all the original packaging. Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods We shall issue a refund, either by cheque or the original method of payment. The refund will exclude all postage and packaging delivery costs.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.  We recommend that you use recorded post or obtain a proof of postage certificate, as We cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: 
-Any products that We have made, personalised or customised specifically for you; -Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession, have been used, and have not been returned with the original packaging;-If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. 
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, We will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. 
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore We cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. 


We take every care and attention to check all products before packing them suitably for delivery. In the unlikely event you have received damaged goods, We will offer a replacement on receipt of the damaged item or a credit note to the value of the item (excludes postage & packaging costs).

For any damaged or broken goods, in accordance to the above you will need to make any claim to us in writing, within 7 days from receipt of goods. We cannot take responsibility or accept liability for breakages or goods that are damaged in transit or through delivery. As a goodwill gesture We may offer a credit note to the value of the items that have been broken or damaged, only on receipt of the broken or damaged item with its original packing. The items are your responsibility until they reach us, so We recommend using a traceable delivery service for returns. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days from the day after receipt of goods by email quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.  For all claims of damage we will initially require photographs of all external and internal packaging as well as of the damaged item.



No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other Website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. 


While We endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. 


While We endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, We do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and We make no commitment to update such material.

All our products are for decorative purposes only and should not be treated as toys.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, I take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond my control.

If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.
